Apply now for a chance to play at  Alive@Five & Jazz Up July!    Stamford Downtown is currently accepting applications from bands interested in playing at Alive@Five and  Jazz-Up July,  two premier outdoor summer concert series in  featuring national headliners. Columbus Park is the place to be during the summer as Stamford Downtown produces great music, great dancing, and great times. Alive@Five July 7, 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11, 2016 5pm, Columbus Park, Stamford Downtown Past Headliners Include: Shaggy, Andy Grammer, Michael Franti, Barenaked Ladies, Matisyahu, Smash Mouth, Third Eye Blind, Blues Traveler, MC Hammer, Vertical Horizon, Five for Fighting, The B52s, Gin Blossoms, Soul Asylum, Sugar Ray, Boyz II Men, Sister Hazel, Better Than Ezra, Rusted Root & The Beach Boys. Jazz-Up July July 6, July 13, 20, 27, 2016 6:30pm, Columbus Park, Stamford Downtown Past Headliners Include: B.B. King, Gloria Gaynor, Tito Puente Jr., Boz Scaggs, Delbert McClinton, Bacon Brothers, Roberta Flack, Chick Corea, Bernie Williams, Poncho Sanchez, Brubeck Brothers Quartet, John Pizzarelli, Spyro Gyra, Preservation Hall Jazz Band & Al Jarreau.The series has been expanded to include several different genres of music (not just Jazz).
