Summer House Apartments, 184 Summer Street - in the heart of Stamford Downtown will be ground breaking in September. 22-story apartment complex that will incorporate 2,700 sqft of retail, resto, 226 residential units and a fifth floor amenities space that includes a pool. The project was created by FD Rich Company in partnership with NY based HIG REalty Parners and The Andalex Group.
