Congratulations Gary!

Posted by Picasa Downtown Ambassador Gary Walker has been on the job for ten years and his employers, The Stamford Downtown Special Services District and Allied Barton Security Services, are celebrating with him. Gary is recognized for his 10 years of dedicated service and will be named the “AlliedBarton CT District Security Officer of the Year”.

Over the past 10 years Gary Walker’s professional manner, caring disposition and attention to detail have made him an integral part of Stamford Downtown. Business owners, commuters and visitors depend on his consistent presence throughout the neighborhood and have grown confident he can handle anything that comes along. Everybody downtown knows his name and he know theirs. They see by the way he conducts himself on the street that he cares about their personal safety, welfare and comfort in the downtown environment. Thanks to Gary’s hard work and dedication, the downtown is a far better place to live in, work in or visit.
