Pops in the Park on the Heineken Stage, a FREE series presented by Seaboard Properties, HSBC and United Realty of Connecticut, and produced by Stamford Downtown Special Services District and the City of Stamford, will open with The Stylistics concert on Wednesday, July 15 at 6:30 pm.

The Stylistics recorded a remarkable ten straight hits during the 1970s. What started as the innocent union of two ex-high school bands developed into one of the most accomplished soul bands to grace the R&B scen with such hits as “You Are Everything,” and “You Make Me Feel Brand New.” www.thestylistics.org

Opening the evening will be The YesterDaze performing the best music of the 50's, 60's and 70's.

GATEWAY CAR SHOW featuring cars from the 1930’s to 1970’s.

Stamford Downtown Special Services President Sandra Goldstein commented, "We want Stamford families to enjoy top quality entertainment FREE of charge. Pops in the Park was designed with families in mind. It’s the perfect environment to spend time outdoors with your kids or for older couples to relax under the stars."

Audiences are invited to bring a picnic to enjoy on the grass or to make reservations at one of the many restaurants surrounding Columbus Park. The Park is located at Main Street and West Park Place in Stamford Downtown.
