Harmony Yoga Studio Relocates to Downtown Stamford
Carol Shwidock, owner of Harmony Yoga Studio in Stamford, CT, is excited to announce that Harmony Yoga Studio relocated to 175 Atlantic Street, a shared space with Ballet School of Stamford (entrance on Bank Street) as of September 7, 2014. Harmony Yoga Studio is a Kripalu based practice where students learn to cultivate the breath to help find light, openness, space, peace and harmony. Harmony Yoga Studio has been voted Best Yoga Studio by Stamford Plus Magazine (2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013) and Stamford Magazine (2011).
Carol Shwidock is a Yoga Therapist/Reiki Master and is a Kripalu Certified Yoga Instructor since 2004 with additional certifications in Restorative Yoga (Jillian Pransky), Five Elements Yoga (Jennifer Reis), Embodying the Flow and Yoga for Emotional Balance (Bo Forbes) and has studied with Shiva Rea, and more. Carol has worked in the field of rehabilitation as an Occupational Therapist for over 25 years and has successfully worked with students healing from diagnoses such as Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Multiple Sclerosis, Back Pain, Migraines, ALS, Guillain Barre, Arthritis, Hip Replacements, Breast Cancer and Chronic Tension.

Tuesday: 7pm-8pm, Beginners Yoga
Wednesday: 8am-9am, Moderate Yoga Hour
9:30am-10:30am, Gentle Yoga
Thursday: 8:30am-9:30am, Moderate Yoga Hour
Friday: 8am-9am *at Cove Island Park (ends September 30th)
Saturday: 8am-9am, Moderate Yoga
Sunday: 4pm-5pm, Yoga Dance *starting Winter 2015#stamforddowntown
