UNIQLO, the clothing retailer, will celebrate
the opening of its new Stamford Town Center store on Friday, April 11. UNIQLO
will welcome customers with traditional Japanese Taiko drum performances and exciting
opening weekend promotions on select UNIQLO apparel.
Opening
weekend giveaways and performances for customers will include:
- Traditional Japanese drum
performances from 6:00PM – 8:00PM on Friday, April 11;
- UNIQLO tote bag giveaway to
the first 500 customers each day, Friday, April 11 – Sunday, April 13;
- A free AIRism item with a purchase
of $35 or more, Friday, April 11 – Sunday, April 13;
- Grand opening special prices
on Friday, April 11 through Saturday, April 19, include men’s and women’s
UT T-Shirts from $9.90, men’s and women’s Supima® Cotton tops
from $5.90, jeans from $29.90, kids tees from $7.90 and Ultra Light Down
jackets from $49.90
UNIQLO
currently has 17 U.S. stores, including one other location in Connecticut at
Westfield Trumbull Mall. Two new California stores are also opening April 11,
bringing the total to 20, along with online shopping at UNIQLO.com.
