Stamford Downtown... We Keep on Growing While construction progresses on a new lower Summer Street apartment building we'll continue to ensure there is ample parking for your convenience. Notice: As of Tuesday, March 11, 2014 the Summer Place Garage will remain open for public parking however the Washington Boulevard access road will be temporarily closed for construction. Detour signs will be posted to direct traffic to the Summer Place Garage from Broad Street and Lower Summer Street. Both entrances are simple and convenient to access.  We hope your parking experience will remain unchanged.   There are more than 9,500 parking spaces in 15 locations in downtown.  Go to our website for complete information on downtown parking.
